The rooms were quite spacious , although the furniture style a bit too outdated. This was well compensated by the view on the river so that was lovely. The room is fully equipped with amenities and appliances. We chose interconnected rooms as a group of four adults and a toddler for our family trip. We were relatively close to the airport and the train station as we were transiting in Zurich so that fit perfectly in our travel plans. The hotel is just opposite to a lovely park and river stream which was nice for taking walks with my toddler. The staff was very friendly and checkin was prompt. We ordered room service for dinner and breakfast, both were delicious. Highly recommended , family-friendly.

hospitality was in another level OMG - the ladies and team at the front desk .. efficient - professional yet friendly .. correction super friendly and helpful, then the dinning OMG - food is out of this world - choice between Thai or Swiss and when you encounter MOMO you will feel right at home. loved it so much - looking forward to our next stay there soon

I like everything everyone at the facility is great, and gave us great attention. I’m Tom bar has delicious drinks not so bad with price. Snacks are also delicious. Great customer service and attention. My son has a wheelchair and I was a good accessible hotel for him. No struggles at all she was able to move everywhere with his wheelchair.

The new renovated room in the new wing..are marvellous. I love it. But I only got it after complaining abt my booking. So I only get it for 1 night. The staff at thd counter handlrs it well to transfer my bags to the new room. The interior decors of the lobby, lounge & rooms especially the new wing was awesome..love it.

Excellent location. Very close to Train station and Switzerland Tours. 7 minutes walking distance. Also very near important museum and churches. Breakfast was good and very friendly staff. I really had good conversation with the staff.
